ROLE OF NXTHOLIDAY.
Nxtholiday (here in after) referred to as we, advertises the properties on this website, on behalf of the owners. We personally manage the majority of the properties on this website. Our role is to provide owners with an alternative booking generator to help and assist with bookings. Our role does not end here, we are also available for customers who may have questions whilst on their holiday here in Fuerteventura.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
All of the information on this website is provided mostly by the owners. However as we manage the majority of the properties, we can vouch that the information provided was correct at the time of been published. As most of the owners also advertise their properties through other websites, and will often put offers on their property, Nxtholiday will not accept any liability for the inaccuracy of prices and bookings. If you see a property on here, advertised elsewhere, at a cheaper rate please contact us.
Bookings or enquiries can be made either by telephone, or by using the request form that you will find at the bottom of each property page. Once you have submitted an enquiry, we aim to reply either by telephone if you have submitted your number, or by email, within 24 hrs of contact.
Once you are ready to make a booking, a deposit is required or full balance if it is a late booking. Please check the particular properties details for information as regards to the deposit. Payments can be made either by Visa or by bank transfer. Once your monies have been received, your booking is secure. Your holiday will then be marked off on the availability calendar, on the property page. You will be sent by email a payment confirmation, and relevant details of the property and directions.
Some of the owners have their own cancellation policies; please see the individual page for the property. However for the ones that are not specified, the cancellation charges are as follows:
Up to 60 days before holiday is due to begin 30% of the full rental price.
0-20 days before the holiday begins 100% of the full rental price.
OUR OBLIGATION TO YOU.
We supply the name, address, phone number and email address (if available) of the person who owns the property you have chosen. You are welcome to contact them long before your holiday to ensure you are happy with that holiday property. We supply your name, address, phone number and email address (if available) to your property owner. We do not pass your details to anyone else.
We endeavor to make your holiday a very pleasurable experience; after all we would like you to come back. If upon arrival of the property that you have booked, everything is not to your satisfaction, in the first instance you must contact the management of that property, whose numbers and names you will find in the property. The management will take all possible measures to resolve the problem(s). Once the management has been notified, and until the problem(s) are resolved, you must remain available by telephone. You must also allow adequate time for the problem(s) to be resolved, and if necessary, for an alternative property to be located. A refund in the amount of the booking will NOT be offered under the following circumstances: 1) In the event that you vacate the property prior to notifying the management of the problem(s); 2) In the event that you vacate the property before the management has offered a solution to the problem(s); 3) In the event that you are unreachable by telephone following notification of the problem(s); 4) In the event that the you issue a complaint following the rental period.
